A Sound and Breath Meditation Workshop with Amanda Ling

How often do you connect with your breath each day? Are you aware of your breath patterns when you are stressed or happy?

Breath as we know, is the foundation of living and the fundamental of an effective yoga practice. 

This is a meditative workshop focusing on the aspects of Nada (Sound) Yoga, exploring various pranayama(Breath) techniques,vocalizing of the breath to experience calmness and inner peace while managing stress more effectively.

Tibetan Tingsha bell and Singing Bowls will also be introduced to further integrate sound vibrations into, and with each breath. Learn to appreciate the silence and sounds between each breath and discover the richness and quality from within.

• Intention Setting
• Pranayama Breath work practice - Calming vs Energizing Breath Techniques
• Pranayama Breath work + Nada yoga (vocalizing)
