Breath, as we know, is the foundation of living and a fundamental element of an effective yoga practice. Join us for the Sound Between Silence workshop as Amanda focuses on the aspects of Sound Yoga, exploring various pranayama techniques, and vocalizing of the breath to experience calmness and inner peace. A tingsha bell and singing bowls will also be introduced to further integrate sound vibrations with and into each breath. Learn to appreciate the silence and sounds between breaths and discover a richness from within.
