Embodying the Heart - a Journey in Stillness and Movement, with Sound Healing - guided by Elaine Ho and Amanda Ling

  • The Red Box 113 Somerset Road Level 2 Singapore Singapore

Join Elaine and Amanda for a healing journey of movement, stillness meditation and sacred singing bowls meditation.

Elaine will be leading a calming yet revitalizing movement practice, with a guided meditation in embodying the heart. Drop into an awakening mindful practice that slowly leads us into stillness and a sense of vitality and connection. The tools used will be Embodied Flow tools to bring deep rest and facilitate awakening. There will be some partner work involved. Come with a friend, or come alone. Be prepared to move in gentle yoga poses, embodied free-form and go into a deep state of rest with the soothing harmonics of Tibetan singing bowls. Together we will cultivate the capacity to listen and dialogue deeper with our body-mind.

Elaine is a yoga teacher, Embodied Flow practitioner, kundalini reiki master, mindfulness meditation coach and owner of Yoga Tribe. Elaine is intrigued by the process of individual awakening through practicing as a community.

Amanda is passionate in integrating the ancient art of sound therapy using Tibetan singing bowls within a yoga practice. Enjoy the deep relaxing sound waves from the Singing Bowls during savasana/meditation and end with the stillness of Silence to allow full integration of practice to settle in. The deep resonating vibrations from the bowls calm the nervous system, release blockages and heal and rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit.

This workshop is for everyone and anyone who seeks to re-connect with themselves, de-stress and attain vitality and peace.
